阿拱:我行我素的阿拱，是一隻神神秘秘來歷不明的怪獸。作為「啱Key會」最古怪的成員，他總是以神出鬼沒和獨門怪招出奇制勝。估佢唔到，正是這隻惡毛怪的驚嚇絕技。

   史葛史基寶（淋支支）:史葛史基寶是一隻「個個都當佢冇到」的怪獸。身為怪獸大學的二年級生，他成為驚嚇專員的夢想早在第一年已被徹底粉碎。細細粒、天真無邪、文靜友善的他，依然是媽媽的裙腳仔，一起同住受著無微不至的照顧。幸而在「啱Key會」的好友幫助下，他終於發現自己的潛能，絕非只是一隻怕醜仔

唐卡頓（唐叔）:受經濟不景影響，來自中西部、從事銷售業的怪獸唐卡頓，決定重返校園再培訓，轉型成為驚嚇專員。身為怪獸大學的「年長生」兼「啱Key會」的創辦成員，他以誠實苦幹、腳踏實地的作風，帶領社團成員專心一致向目標進發。

蘭度寶基司（變色龍）:怪獸大學新生蘭度寶基司對大學生活充滿憧憬。這隻外表古怪、十足一隻外太空變色龍的怪獸，一心打算考入驚嚇學系後，就開始交朋結友、吃喝玩樂、晚晚開派對。不過，他必須克服隨時隱影這個壞習慣，始終如果別人當他透明，他又如何能夠成為出色的驚嚇專員呢？

，於是他被迫與一班騎呢怪獸，以及一個唔多夾的拍檔，組
成同盟，發動有史以來最大型的玩轉怪獸大學行動！
